To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上海弄堂一向是我的口袋餐廳之一。價錢合理，食物品質亦不俗！提供多款套餐，豐儉由人。陳年花雕醉雞入口冰涼又充滿酒香，雞肉鮮嫩有彈性，雞肉與酒香融合入味濃淡適中，酒勁不會過烈，不喝酒的人也能入口。蔥油海蜇頭爽脆的海蜇頭配上青蔥及芝麻油，散發濃郁香味，是一道很好的開胃菜。嫩雞煨麵吃完２個冷盤，點一碗湯湯麵暖胃。麵條煨至綿軟，人口軟滑，配上奶白色的濃湯、嫩滑的雞胸肉、清香的青菜、味道細膩而豐富。小籠包小籠包皮薄餡靚當然為首要標準，湯汁亦豐盈鮮香，不錯！炸銀絲卷銀絲卷表皮炸得金黃，口感酥脆 ，配上甜滋滋的煉奶，作為這餐的甜品，滿足！
