父親大人生日,話想食中菜,於是我就搵下除咗大路嘢,有冇啲未試過嘅中菜館,就俾我搵到呢間位於火炭工業區嘅中菜館呢間菜館走平民路線,但食物一啲都唔平凡,我地叫咗個松子魚,係呢度嘅特色菜,一上菜都覺得有返咁上下功架,條魚外皮香脆,就算淋上甜酸醬都唔會淋晒,內裡魚肉保持嫩滑,一啲都唔霉,絕非唔新鮮嘅魚用油炸醬汁蓋過魚味柚子鍋巴蝦球呢個菜幾的骰精緻,有8件蝦球,多幾個人都唔洗爭,炸過嘅蝦球仍然大隻冇縮水,用鍋巴裝住,醬汁有柚子清香,中和返炸蝦嘅油膩感之後一連叫咗兩款牛,因為父親大人鍾意食牛肉。紅燒牛肋骨,成條起晒肉,配個紅燒醬,啖啖肉,爽呀,起完條骨俾埋你睇,都好大條肉,抵食,食到肉嘅原汁原味香草菌和牛仔骨呢個和牛仔骨配上香草菌醬炒,較濃味,送飯一流雖然呢間菜館有少少遠,但勝在價錢親民,小菜都幾有特色,絕對值得一試

柚子鍋巴蝦球
呢個菜幾的骰精緻,有8件蝦球,多幾個人都唔洗爭,炸過嘅蝦球仍然大隻冇縮水,用鍋巴裝住,醬汁有柚子清香,中和返炸蝦嘅油膩感

之後一連叫咗兩款牛,因為父親大人鍾意食牛肉。

香草菌和牛仔骨
呢個和牛仔骨配上香草菌醬炒,較濃味,送飯一流

雖然呢間菜館有少少遠,但勝在價錢親民,小菜都幾有特色,絕對值得一試
