To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間雖然位於土瓜灣既地中海餐廳，但係一直有超多好評，終於約到朋友仔試下呢個隱世餐廳Tabooleh ($110)呢款沙律口感好豐富，用咗小麥碎，番茜，番茄同洋蔥，再on top有橄欖油同檸檬，食落清新輕盈，作為一個前菜真係好開胃Spicy trio ($170)Dips 係地中海菜入面，幾乎係必食既一樣野我哋叫咗呢款有辣味既三式蘸醬分別係香辣鷹嘴豆泥，墨西哥辣椒雜果仁醬，煙熏甜椒香辣雜果仁醬最欣賞佢個彼得包係熱辣辣架！而且蘸醬都比坊間黎得多，可以大大啖醬配包食！ 而三款醬各有特色，鷹嘴豆泥就比較smooth d，墨西哥辣椒就比較粗身， 辣味就比較出，不過係會有啲上癮既辣，而最後一種就因為甜椒既甜味，令佢又有另一番風味Kibdeh chicken liver ($120)呢個要趁熱食！好推介！呢個雞肝連香草煎，上菜仲用個細pan上，聞落去已經好香！個汁有啲似紅酒味咁，原來佢係用紅石榴做成個汁！送包又係好惹味，食落嫌唔夠添！Chicken shish towook ($220)呢個上菜好有誠意，成個木盒造型上，而入面仲有煙燻！而雞肉用左炭燒，外面有炭燒獨有既香味，但係肉仲keep 住勁ju

呢個雞肝連香草煎，上菜仲用個細pan上，聞落去已經好香！個汁有啲似紅酒味咁，原來佢係用紅石榴做成個汁！送包又係好惹味，食落嫌唔夠添！
