Restaurant: Hidden和洋食屋
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

阿囝喺附近上興趣班，平時我都係去開快餐店食早餐等佢放學，今日無意中見到呢間Hidden和洋食屋嘅外牆廣告，就即管上去試吓。餐廳格局甚有飯堂風格。不過餐牌就唔算話好飯堂，都有幾多選擇。難得me time當然要食返餐豐富啲嘅早餐慢活一吓。揀咗煙肉炒蛋貝果，都有啲份量。主角煙肉充滿濃烈嘅香烤味道。旁邊仲伴有沙律菜，加埋炒蛋營養夠均衡。早上當然要飲番杯咖啡，揀咗榛子拿鐵(Hazelnut Latte)，上面仲有拉花，整體感覺不錯。呢間餐廳個名果然冇改錯，夠晒隱世，可以嚟尋找屬於自己嘅小角落。
