今次同朋友一齊過嚟聚餐,開頭都用咗少少時間先搵到,其實位於土瓜灣,都算就腳,朋友推介左一啲潮州滷味,海鮮,仲有一啲出邊比較少嘅食物。前菜食咗滷水鵝片,豆腐質地好好,花生亦都好入味,鵝片肥瘦適中。前菜仲有花雕鴨舌浸鮑魚,感覺到好足料,亦都浸咗好耐好入味。韭菜豬紅,個湯底好濃,同出邊食開嘅好唔同,值得一試。到主菜,有蒜蓉粉絲蒸蝦,質地彈牙,應該係新鮮蝦,蝦頭有蝦膏。仲有海南送到文昌雞,食得出唔係冰鮮雞,好有雞味,雞肉非常彈牙,唯一不足係調味唔夠。薑蔥炒蟹,都係新鮮,但係蟹肉唔夠多,幸好味道搭救。最後仲有一味盤龍鱔,估唔到呢間餐廳煮出嚟嘅食物絕對唔輸蝕比一啲大型嘅中菜館,廚師好有心機調校味道,用料非常新鮮,食呢度大家都已經好飽,但係竟然清晒,一次好完美嘅飲食體驗。

前菜仲有花雕鴨舌浸鮑魚,感覺到好足料,亦都浸咗好耐好入味。

韭菜豬紅,個湯底好濃,同出邊食開嘅好唔同,值得一試。

到主菜,有蒜蓉粉絲蒸蝦,質地彈牙,應該係新鮮蝦,蝦頭有蝦膏。

仲有海南送到文昌雞,食得出唔係冰鮮雞,好有雞味,雞肉非常彈牙,唯一不足係調味唔夠。

薑蔥炒蟹,都係新鮮,但係蟹肉唔夠多,幸好味道搭救。

最後仲有一味盤龍鱔,估唔到呢間餐廳煮出嚟嘅食物絕對唔輸蝕比一啲大型嘅中菜館,廚師好有心機調校味道,用料非常新鮮,食呢度大家都已經好飽,但係竟然清晒,一次好完美嘅飲食體驗。
