之前已來過,覺得這間居酒屋既野好食,老闆又親切,所以就約埋幾個朋友再來ENCORE,食吓野傾吓計。既然之前有來過,咁當然好醒目,在早一日訂了我覺得好好食既馬友一夜干啦~! 上次來已向老闆了解過馬友一夜干既製作過程,首先要在新鮮既馬友上灑上伯方天然鹽(產自日本愛媛縣,據知豐富礦物質)吊起風干一晚,把魚皮表面既水份去丟,再拿去燒。馬友一夜干($198) - 燒得非常有水準,表皮燒得香而不過焦,裡面的魚肉鮮嫩無比,十分細滑,雖然價格不便宜但真的值得一吃喔。 這裏除了串燒外,還在刺身食。刺身是師博即擋,非常新鮮。刺身盛(五品)($298)-三文魚,吞拿魚,帶子,甜蝦,油甘魚,海膽 刺身,新鮮,海膽很大舊,三文魚厚身,帶子鮮味,油甘魚係我最愛。至於串燒,我們點了。厚切牛舌($58) -厚薄適中,咬下去嗦嗦聲,爽口富彈性,加上輕輕一燒,鎖住肉汁,故一點都不乾身「鞋」口,肉味和脂肪的油香得以保存,鹽巴吊起鮮甜味,令我一食愛上。 雞翼($30)- 香脆的雞翼,皮脆肉嫩,放了少許鹽很能刺激味蕾,如果你喜歡吃雞翼和雞皮,這雞翼應該能令你回味無窮!雞較軟骨($22)-口感爽脆,味道清香,鹹鹹地

後來,看到旁邊一枱點燒羊架,燒得好靚,大大舊,可惜太飽了。下次一定要試。

下次我重要試埋燒龍蝦同燒虎蝦,我相信都一定好食。
