Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有酒又點會少得串燒,估唔到都有小驚喜。首先佢上枱時係超熱,食串燒係重要。鰻魚爽口嘅程度就好似食白鱔咁樣,爽口彈牙,厚肉而且乾身脆卜卜,京蔥雞肉調味唔錯,免治雞肉,亦食得出係真材實料,如果可以加隻雞蛋就更加正。
咁多肉類想食少少菜,翠玉瓜,出奇地甜同清新。

◾︎天婦羅
虎蝦,南瓜,蕃薯天婦羅

逐件計嘅天婦羅,真係有啲貴㗎,不過價錢絕對對板。虎蝦係我食過咁多隻天婦羅之中top5好食,大隻爽口唔梅口。南瓜同埋番薯粉漿好薄,而且唔會過於吸油。

蕃茄海鮮🦞最後上,飲完碗湯暖笠笠,蕃茄味好濃加埋豆腐好好。海鮮亦都唔係急凍海鮮,未到好鮮甜。

鰻魚滑蛋石鍋上,上到枱中非常之咁熱,自己炒令到個底有少少飯焦,香口得嚟有咬口。

居酒屋嚟講,價錢完全唔貴,亦都唔係用同糖水溝出嚟嘅味道。日落黃昏有柚子味,酸酸地酒精味重。

整體來講,就好似食咗一餐精緻嘅放題咁,咩都有得揀,最緊要味道好唔錯!值得一讚,嗌咗唔同種類,店員會分好次序上枱,而且每個時間都控制得好好👍上枱都keep到熱辣辣同脆卜卜
