今次嚟到元朗呢一間樓上四川餐廳,下晝四點幾你呢個時間人流唔係好多,反而可以細心欣賞佢嘅裝修,有啲燈籠仔幾有氣氛。首先上菜嘅係黃金蝦。黃金蝦炸得香脆,面頭嘅蛋黃非常惹味。手拍青瓜呢邊嘅手拍青瓜偏向辣味濃啲蒜泥白肉卷青瓜張蒜泥嘅重口味同埋腩肉嘅油膩感平衡得好好,另外可以睇得出師傅嘅刀工,整碟賣相非常好。鐵板水晶粉水晶粉嘅口感幾特別,比起銀針粉幼身。非常辣,用嚟送酒一流。碼頭無骨花雕醉雞半隻相信呢個係呢度嘅招牌,好耐冇食過咁好食嘅醉雞,走嘅味相當突出,雞肉都好嫩滑,仲要無骨,無可挑剔。另外我見餐廳都有啲包廂,適合一大班朋友聚會。
