To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於鰂魚涌有間隱世餐廳😆係工廈樓上~環境好闊落，坐得都好舒服平時真係完全唔知道原來達中心都會有間咁高質既餐廳，朋友同我講先知所以諗住經開附近就一試😛佢係主打西餐，熟成牛扒都好出名我今次同朋友冇叫到熟成牛扒叫左Prime級牛扒都好好食😍仲有叫左幾款野食性格比好高~😋燒美國Prime級牛扒(8oz) 套餐 $248伴雜菜同薯條份量都好多，同朋友share可以叫多啲唔同款野食，仲有湯，飲品同甜品送，依個套餐真係好抵食～👍🏻甜品仲係自家製brownies 同朱古力蛋糕，唔會過甜，細細件，岩岩好😋意大利芝士，蘆筍火箭菜番茄汁意大利粉$120份量一樣好多🤩番茄味好濃~好好食😋水牛城雞翼 6隻 $92雞翼大大隻，加埋水牛城個汁，好味同埋個汁唔會過辣，調味岩岩好😍
