To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日嚟探屋企人，佢地極推介依間「天廚」口水雞油飯同手撕雞米線，好啦～見都餓餓地親外賣左依兩樣返屋企慢慢食🤤店員態度十分親切，而且非常細心，見我帶住小朋友，會主動詢問口水雞醬要否另上👍🏻另外飯餐可選要例湯或紙包飲品。例湯飲得出唔係味精湯係老火湯，湯料都好多🫶🏻口水雞油飯（可選白飯）雞肉質鮮嫩，滑身可口，雞味亦好香濃，份量十足；而油飯都十分出色，有啖啖香茅味♨️好正口水雞油十分惹味，夠哂辣🌶️手撕雞飯份量十足，有花生、青瓜、芝麻同雞絲。雞絲肉質都好滑，一啲都唔乾唔柴皮，醬油好香好惹味，撈飯好正，青瓜都好新鮮，極脆口清新🥒

雞肉質鮮嫩，滑身可口，雞味亦好香濃，份量十足；而油飯都十分出色，有啖啖香茅味♨️好正口水雞油十分惹味，夠哂辣🌶️
