To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

西營盤唔算太多堂食既甜品店，想食日式啲既更加少之又少🙈見到食評又唔錯，所以就算行遠少少都過黎試下💚鋪面唔算太大，都係坐到10幾個左右，不過都座無虛席，睇黎口碑唔錯👍🏻💚日式蕨餅抹茶心太軟伴抹茶雪糕$72心太軟絕對冇令我失望🤤用刀輕輕切開蛋糕外層，香噴噴既流心抹茶漿一瀉而下，冰凍既抹茶雪糕配上沾滿抹茶漿既蛋糕，冷熱交集，三重抹茶享受😎加上抹茶味香濃，微微回甘，大大抵消罪惡感😆 蕨餅其實都好好食，但太少，得3舊🤣🥛北海道牛奶梳乎厘伴雲尼拿雪糕$58梳乎厘一上枱個size震撼左我一下😂本身冇諗過咁大個，好彩都係空氣系甜品，唔驚食唔晒😂😂相對心太軟，我就覺得梳乎厘有少少失色🙈梳乎厘完美升高，空氣感十足，不過個人認為甜左啲，可能係為左升高靚啲而落多左糖，如果叫抹茶味可能會好啲，甘味可中和返🙈
