位於元朗的譽 鐵板燒,是一間開業不久的隱世日式鐵板燒店。餐廳由香港師傅主理,店內只有三名工作人員,事事親力親為,增加親和力,令小店多了一份溫馨感覺。 我向來很喜歡吃日本鐵板燒,因為用餐過程非常有趣。不但能看到如藝術般、如雜技般的烹煮食物過程,亦能品嚐到美味的食物,所以我每次都好期待呢~ 櫻一人前套餐 $360/位 套餐包括: 沙律、季節燒魚、北海道帆立貝、鵝肝、特定牛肉或黑豚、味噌湯、炒飯和甜品。彩繽紛的沙律,是巴馬火腿捲著露筍組成,配上水果後,配搭更特別。 是日季節燒魚是金鯛魚,賣相相當吸引呀! 師傅把魚鱗炸脆,再慢慢煎香魚肉,魚鮮肉嫩不在話下,脆卜卜的魚鱗更帶出雙重口感。 煎香後的北海道帆立貝,貝肉結實,沾點黑松露醬更香呀~ 餐廳的牛肉鐵板燒是厚切牛肉,而非常見的薄片牛肉。不過牛肉比想像中更軟腍,也好好吃。 每次吃鐵板燒,我都會好期待吃炒飯。店內的炒飯用新鮮飯炒,較為濕潤粘糢。 最後的甜品是焦糖吐司和自選口味雪糕。吐司又香又脆,一人一片就更滿足。
