同阿女講起之前去日本旅行食串燒超好味,阿女話香港而家都有唔少高質素嘅日本串燒食,質素媲美日本。有間位於中環隱世日式雞串燒小店叫鳥世一,由30多年日本料理經驗的日籍廚師主理,今晚就同我去試吓!店內座位以「U」字形圍住中間的玻璃箱,而日籍主廚在箱內燒制食品,這個玻璃罩是用來阻隔煙味,客人用餐時沒有燒烤味都全靠它。客人更可一邊品嚐美食之餘,一邊欣賞主廚獻技。全店串燒食品均以備長炭燒製,於高溫炭火度高達300-400度的炭火底下,能鎖住雞的肉汁,做到表脆肉滑的效果。免治雞肉:雞肉口感軟綿,入口肉汁濃郁,加入剁碎的雞軟骨增加咬口,再加生蛋黃沾住嚟食,令口感更滑順香濃。鹽燒鰻魚:白鱔脆皮烤得很香,皮下脂肪豐厚,肉質紮實有彈性。番薯:番薯有香濃燒烤味,而且非常甜美。燒鳥世一丼,材料有免治雞肉, 雞翼, 雞腿肉。 免治雞肉, 雞味濃, 啖啖肉。雞腿肉嫩滑鮮美,雞翼外皮燒得非常香脆。日本黑芝麻雪糕:黑芝麻雪糕味道香濃,口感似芝麻糊一樣香口。
