To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

估唔到近期咁多朋友介紹我來到東區工廈既餐廳就係我曾經經歷過返overnight 工作既地方, 所以location 對我黎講一D 都唔陌生...餐廳有種家居簡約風既感覺, 而且仲有個小小既空間可以當VIP 房, 岩晒近期舉行巴黎奧運時一路食飯一路支持香港, 對我同我老公黎講七夕一齊咁樣食飯真係滿滿既儀式感啦, 而且我留意到menu 上既菜式旁邊會有些例如: Chef's Recommendation, Vegetarian/NEW 呢D 方便客人去揀食咩老公一見到有牛扒同薯條既dinner set 真同是日餐湯係南瓜湯係急不及待咁一路食牛扒同一路睇奧運俾自己一種儀式感, 我就因為見到呢個波菜生蠔意大利飯係新出而order, 而且覺得味道不錯, 生蠔都軟身少少甜最後甜品既brownies 細細件, 我同老公食完個dinner 都係乜罪惡感, 食飽飯撘車回家前去shopping 好快消化晒😆
