To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

隱世樓上小菜

前幾日放工同女朋友去到觀塘買完嘢，就諗住喺附近搵一間食小菜嘅，順便飲下啤，點知就俾我哋發現咗呢一間隱世小菜。本人好鍾意食黑椒同蝦，所以二話不說就點咗呢一個胡椒粉絲蝦煲。黑椒味好濃郁，而大蝦都好大隻好新鮮彈牙，仲有膏添。粉絲完全朔晒黑椒同蝦嘅味道。😋😋之後重點咗個欖角骨配呢個椒鹽魷魚。舐過骨有好香嘅蜜糖味，並唔係太鹹，排骨都好新鮮好入味，又唔會好油膩，香口得來味道啱啱好。呢個椒鹽魷魚就好香嘅蒜頭同辣椒味，炸到好乾身，魷魚都好新鮮爽口。最後我哋重點多咗一個肉鬆四季豆，四季豆炒到剛剛好唔會好老，肉鬆調味剛剛好，用嚟送飯一流。最後老細都好識做，送咗個椰汁馬豆糕俾我哋食，咁樣回頭客一定多。
