Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

環境休閒 好似置身係花園2:30 開似有下午茶set 岩哂想食輕食的朋友煙三文魚忌廉芝士貝果：bagel焗過好脆身，咬落好有口感，食到中間嘅時候，每一口都係三文魚同芝士仲有酸忌廉。個balance做得好，每一啖都好友味道層次，個人覺得好好食。和風拿破崙意炒：意粉煮得夠硬身，味道濃香口，有好多腸仔片，不過可惜就好似多油左少少。粟米湯味道都OK，比較濃厚。 沙律就普普通通。榛子拿鐵&焦糖拿鐵兩杯咖啡都OK，甜度適中。
