今晚我同朋友入去跑馬地,聽聞有一間越南小店,有好多明星幫襯,所以同朋友去朝聖位置在街角一邊,頗為隱世,入到去有法式小館嘅感覺,裝修都明亮光潔招牌越式法包 這是餐廳招牌菜,越式法包🥖是越南地道出名美食,香港並不多餐廳做,法包即叫即焗,可選不辣,傳統法包材料有肝醬、燒肉片、燻蹄、扎肉、越式酸菜、芫荽、青瓜及法國牛油,另外有自家製鵝肝醬,麵包咬落好鬆化,焗得好鬆脆,配合豐富材料,適合現在炎夏香港天氣,入口清新爽脆,份量充足,自家製鵝肝醬好惹味,配合越式酸菜同青瓜,味道清新開胃河內特級安格斯生牛肉檬粉生牛肉入口嫩滑,是牛肩部位,鮮嫩而不韌,湯底濃郁,用足料牛骨熬製湯頭清澈並不油膩,味道清甜,檬粉爽口彈牙,吸收了湯底精華牛油雞翼需時十五分鐘,雞翼外皮炸得酥脆,鋪滿蒜蓉和牛油香,雞肉咬開都嫩滑飲品方面:珍多冰椰奶味好rich ,質感爽滑味道清甜香茅青檸梳打,滿有清新香味好Fresh
