To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時真係好鐘意食烤魚🤤好多時經過九龍城呢間「渝薌烤魚」都好多人食，非常熱鬧！呢日終於得閒過嚟食下～午市優惠二人餐 ，包括烤魚、一款配菜、白飯兩碗及一個小食先送上烤魚，老闆推介麻辣味，要咗小辣配菜就要咗娃娃菜！半條烤魚都好有份量，絕對夠曬兩個人食～ 烤魚鋪滿豆豉辣椒，未食已經聞到好香🤤魚皮烤到脆卜卜，魚肉嫩滑，越煮越惹味，越食越麻，送飯一流呀！小食揀咗麻辣猪耳，口感爽脆配上麻辣汁，真係好惹味，又唔會太辣😋仲有香脆嘅花生及青瓜條，好味～另外仲加咗一串燒鮮白鱔，白鱔皮燒到好香脆，肉質爽彈又肥美，加上用咗少少孜然粉作調味，真係好香口😋十分推薦～呢到嘅烤魚同平時食開嘅好唔同，用上豆豉作調味，好特別，可以一試！白鱔好正，必食！
