To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

點解會話隱世，只因佢係觀塘某大廈轉角地鋪經營，以香港人忙碌又樣樣都要快嘅性格，其實您唔細心停低……您係唔會留意到佢存在。至於我點樣發現佢？其實係有次坐的士番觀塘公司，個司機叔叔介紹架。自此食過一次之後就番尋味。今日就帶埋朋友仔嚟嘆下午茶先~話俾大家知珠記係食飯時間都經常爆滿，唔係您想排隊就會輪到，所以大家想真係試就會提議15:00後吧！我就鍾意食特餐之類，呢度下午茶特餐都只係$35 ,有豬扒出前一丁，炒雙旦再加多士，經典配搭係人都like。豬扒煎至金香，配上彈牙一丁，湯底又夠熱，好味到不得了。炒蛋滑而帶牛油香味，再加上牛油多士，十分滿足。朋友仔就叫左手打漢堡配薯角。wa……一上枱大大個漢堡再加大大份嘅薯角，全部都係即叫即煎同炸，所以朋友仔讚漢堡扒好juicy，薯角非常香脆。珠記除左普通飲品外，更會有多款特飲，我就叫左紅豆奶茶，竟然比我想像中好，一啲都唔甜，茶香豆甜，mix埋味道剛剛好。朋友仔就叫紫薯紅豆，岩哂紫薯迷嘅佢
