今日同好朋友慶生,𝓑𝓲𝓻𝓽𝓱𝓭𝓪𝔂 𝓬𝓮𝓵𝓮𝓫𝓻𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷, 去左佢公司附近一齊食French Fine Dining,聽講依間餐廳係前文華總廚主理。呢間餐廳有𝓓特別,入去餐廳要按鐘侍應先會開門俾你,關門之後會變番做磨砂玻璃,客人免受外面影響,去保持番個私隱度。不過,我最欣賞係餐廳入面的設計,係十分浪漫🌹有大大玫瑰花, ♦️♥️椅子,特別高級高貴。(雖然係同女仔去慶生,但都浪漫滿足)🌟傳統法式鵝肝牛柳Tournedos Rossini / $428鵝肝似炸,鵝肝煎得剛剛好,脹卜卜幾香脆。牛柳叫左五成熟 ,牛柳幾厚身、唔算太大件。肉質質感有咬口,有肉汁,不錯😊旁邊還有些香滑的紫薯蓉,南瓜蓉作配料,很鮮甜,可以中和油膩感。🌟極品海膽魚子醬伴生蠔Fresh Oysters.
