To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳位於鰂魚涌工廠大廈內，喺太古地鐵站旁邊，環境闊落，座位舒適，主打多款特色西式料理，豬牛雞羊、意粉飯、薄餅、前菜、小食、甜點，樣樣有齊，價格合理，適合聚餐。前菜有煙三文魚牛油果醬蘋果沙律伴腰果仁，醬汁已完美地融合落沙律入面，蘋果爽脆，牛油果醬creamy，煙三文魚大塊帶鹹香味，配上腰果仁同麵包糠可增添口感，整體味道幾fresh。主食有法式燒焗乳豬仔，出面比較少地方有，即叫即整需要等候一段時間，一上枱聞到香噴噴嘅燒烤香氣，外層燒至脆身，皮夠薄，帶層脂肪，肉質嫩滑多汁，啖啖肉好過癮，值得一試。
