豉油雞性價比比較高,雖未到天花板級數,依個價錢有依個水準,完全冇得輸。單單係去骨依樣手工野我好滿足。雞肉選料夠大隻,雞胸肉最反映到雞的質素及煮得好唔好,雞胸肉夠嫩滑,咬開有汁水,啖啖肉超大滿足,我就特登叫左半隻黎試,絕對冇偷工減料。配套餐建議加錢轉雞髀雞胸。雞皮上個豉油色同味係另一重點。雞皮脂肪啱啱好,唔太油膩又有足夠雞油香味,雞皮口感爽脆,我諗未必個個都啱,我就冇問題。個豉油汁唔係濃稠嗰隻,咸到甜度適中,都食到有輕微酒香,雞皮入晒味搞到想第二日收工外賣一隻返屋企加送🤣成餐VIP 一定係酒香流心蛋果陣花雕酒香浸到入蛋黃,好食到爆紅燒肉正常水準,肥肉做到化開,已經叫好有水準,個人口味我嫌佢太少肥肉個黃酒雞湯好足料,超重黃酒味,但個湯唔夠熱,如果溫咗啲酒先撞湯會再正好多蟲草花烏雞燉花膠湯,哇!湯超足料!真心正!最後我都飲左2款飲品,羅漢果菊花茶同埋陳皮洛神花,洛神花就甜左d,,羅漢果就岩岩好☺️☺️雖然店舖係工廈樓上鋪,但都有不少人叫外賣,同晚飯時段好多人入座😮😮😮
