To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黎到長洲見到有間越南餐廳,一向中意越南菜既我就忍唔住黎試下,果然係好野!我地先試越式豬扒法包,法包真係好脆,但入面又軟綿綿喎,餡料充滿爽脆既醃蘿蔔絲、青瓜,紅蘿蔔絲,加上主角豬扒,豬扒係好貼心咁切好一塊塊,煎到好香好柔韌,一啖都咬唔晒成個包,口感好豐富,食到豬扒既油香又有蔬菜既鮮,味道有層次好豐富,爽爽的(^з^)之後叫多一個越大哥牛柳沙律配蒜蓉包,呢個沙律都好豐富,牛柳數量都唔少,肉質仲要好好,好嫩,沙律有好多青木瓜絲,仲有啲椰菜葉,蕃茄仔,亦有啲花生粒,爽爽脆脆,口感豐富,蒜蓉包都焗得好香脆,配埋沙律就更有層次啦(*^o^*)我地亦叫埋香茅串燒雞同埋香茅串燒牛,牛肉都真係有香茅味,又唔會太硬太實,反而軟軟腍腍,雞肉亦好嫩,雞皮就煎到好脆,兩串串燒都係好香口(。・ω・。)飲埋枝越南啤酒同埋新鮮菠蘿梳打,吹住微風,享受下懶洋洋既下午,爽呀!
