同閨蜜差唔多成年冇見,因為佢就快生日,所以夜晚同佢慶祝,去食由五星級酒店師傅主理既意大利菜。餐廳燈光柔和,好啱同朋友坐底一齊食野傾計。我地點咗意大利菜湯($65)、燒西班牙黑毛豬扒($398)、大蝦龍蝦汁意粉($288)、杏仁芭菲($80)同埋心太軟($80)。點完餐之後好快就有蒜蓉包,蒜蓉包軟熟得嚟又香噴噴,唔錯!意大利菜湯配料豐富,有豆、洋蔥、番茄、紅蘿蔔等,飲落酸酸甜甜好開胃。我地食咗大蝦龍蝦汁意粉先,意粉上面有一塊mascarpone cheese,裏面仲有蟹肉,將佢同碟意粉混合埋一齊,令龍蝦汁更香更creamy,而意粉有3隻大蝦,隻隻都新鮮爽口,正!燒西班牙黑毛豬扒可以揀配薯角或者薯蓉,我地唔想咁熱氣所以揀咗薯蓉。薯蓉幼滑,奶香較濃,仲有薯仔粒,啱我口味~至於黑毛豬就煮至7至8成熟,唔會嚡口得嚟又可以鎖住肉汁,食落好juicy 😋食完主菜好快就有甜品,亦都係我地最期待既時間🍰無論係心太軟定杏仁芭菲,賣相都好精緻~值得一提既係兩道甜品用嚟伴碟既藍莓同士多啤梨都好甜,完全感受到廚師對食材既要求!心太軟會配兩球呍呢拿雪糕,一上枱已經有濃郁朱古力味,切開之後唔止流心,而且仲冒煙,明顯

心太軟會配兩球呍呢拿雪糕,一上枱已經有濃郁朱古力味,切開之後唔止流心,而且仲冒煙,明顯係整好即刻上碟,時間較得啱啱好!

至於杏仁芭菲,唔係周圍都食到,更冇諗到會整得咁用心!芭菲入面有粒粒杏仁碎,食落唔會太甜,感覺健康~

仲有值得一提既係餐廳服務態度好好,我地食完主菜之後會轉添檸檬水而唔係普通水,好細心!
