大角咀依頭對大部分人黎講算幾偏僻,如果唔係黎探朋友既話其實我都唔會點黎。聽朋友講依間金船長餐廳係區內餐廳黎講算頗有名,所以就跟佢黎試一試入到去發現其實餐廳地方唔算大,我地閒日黎,而且時間尚早,所以起初都無咩人,後來食食下就愈來愈多人,差唔多滿座店只推介我地食佢地既得獎菜式,就係依款外型獨得既pizza 一上枱啲黑松露味同埋芝士味都已經攻到埋黎,鐘意食黑松露既人必定鐘意從外觀睇其實我覺得叫佢做夾餅會岩啲一咬落係外脆內軟,表皮真係鬆化可口另一種食法,係配埋碟上既沙律菜同埋餐廳自家製既提子果醋一齊食味道十分獨特提子醋既酸甜味同埋黑松露同芝士既穌味交疊埋一齊,好有化學作用如果有朋友唔太受得穌味,更加建議加果醋,佢會中和部分穌味,帶出另一番風味另一值得推介既菜式,我認為係依一碟黑松露牛肝菌雲吞意式雲吞有約六塊,口感很好,唔會煮得太腍入面夾住少少餡料配埋個好creamy 既汁入口,味道濃郁,好食此外,依味鵝肝多士配蘋果沙律都做得幾唔錯鵝肝質感鮮嫩柔滑,味道濃郁配埋蘋果粒同埋沙律,酸甜味道可抵銷油脂過重既感覺,不錯我地仲叫左碟炸軟殼蟹南瓜意大利飯軟殼蟹炸得鬆脆可口個意大利飯好creamy ,富有南瓜
