To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日約左閨密傾計食飯，大家都想搵個靜靜地方，呢間餐廳想去好耐，就預先訂位品嘗美食☺️我地訂左6:00 ，去到都已經有2-3枱客人了，餐廳環境好好，好舒適！我地點左2人餐，揀左幾樣野，慢慢品嘗！先黎自家制麵包，有3款，上枱仲熱辣辣，好好味🤤 再黎就係自家製豬手凍沙律伴話梅芥末汁，呢個沙律🥗好有新鮮感，話梅芥未汁第一次試，幾得意，好有新意；豬手夠淋身，口感一流，唔錯👍到主食上枱，牛魔王點會唔叫牛，呢個美國頂級西冷扒冇得輸，超濃牛味，我地叫左7成熟，剛剛好🫶🏻 ；另一個係辣蕃茄汁花甲天使麵，勁有誠意，個汁煮得好好，天使麵唔太淋身！ 傾下傾下，就叫埋甜品，揀左士多啤梨🍓窩夫雪糕，不過就偏甜，配埋鮮果果茶,大大杯，全部鮮果，誠意推介，大滿足！

先黎自家制麵包，有3款，上枱仲熱辣辣，好好味🤤 再黎就係自家製豬手凍沙律伴話梅芥末汁，呢個沙律🥗好有新鮮感，話梅芥未汁第一次試，幾得意，好有新意；豬手夠淋身，口感一流，唔錯👍
