✨ 新鮮潮汕牛

跟住有勁大碟牛肉上到嚟😋 老闆仲強調係新鮮牛肉,成碟總共有4個唔同部位,由吊龍開始食起,跟住到匙柄、三花趾、再到雪花。當中匙柄係最濃牛味,雪花就最嫩滑🤤

✨ 即叫即包餃 (3款)

我哋揀咗三款餃,分別係香葉肉碎餃、韭菜豬肉餃同埋黃芽白大頭菜豬肉餃,當中最鍾意嘅係香葉肉碎餃,湯汁超多,夠濃味亦都最有創意!值得一讚嘅係佢嘅餃子皮真係非常薄,帶有煙煙韌韌嘅感覺,同平時一般食開嘅餃子好唔同,推薦👍🏻

✨ 自家手打新鮮丸 (3款)

而丸方面,佢哋都係自家製嘅,所以我哋都揀咗好多特別口味嘅丸嚟試😋 包括有九層塔蝦丸、梅菜豬肉手打丸同埋手打彈彈牙魚蛋,當中真係幾推薦九層塔蝦丸,一嚟平時出邊好少食到,二嚟係佢嘅九層塔真係好香,竟然同蝦丸都幾夾!

佢個蔬菜拼盤真係超級多唔同種類嘅菜,有黃芽白、生菜、菜心、皇帝菜同粟米,超多選擇,梗有一款啱你😆 而佢個粟米真係好甜,忍唔住食埋朋友嗰份🤣

凍豆腐都有八大嚿,我哋一早就擺咗落個湯到煮,食嘅時候已經索晒雞湯嘅精華,超級入味多汁😳

✨ 水雲麵

喺呢度打邊爐最特別嘅地方,唔係食公仔麵或者烏冬,而係食由日本海藻製成嘅水雲麵!第一次咁樣食,呢種麵比較爽口彈牙,加上係因為由海藻製成,食多啲都冇咩罪惡感😜
