元朗友應該對呢條村唔陌生,因為村水都有好多食肆,但係非元朗人既我真係第1次黎!呢間餐廳係做鐵板燒,特色當然係高質素既生猛海鮮🦞同埋日本食材!今次同朋友叫左個鮑魚鵝肝2人餐,隻鮑真係勁大隻!大過手掌啊✋🏻師傅將佢切片燒到好爽口,由於鮑魚太大隻,佢仲好細心將鮑魚分2次煮,因為怕我地食到一半會凍左超貼心!而鮑魚亦有2食,除左切片外,仲會切粒,配一個鮑魚膽汁,以為膽汁會好苦,但原來係好似蟹膏咁既味!另一主角鵝肝配多士食,師傅煎完之後,d鵝肝一路漏出黎,脆卜卜既多士吸晒d油一齊食返唔好㗰左d精華!其實套餐仲有第3個主角就係A5和牛!我地揀左厚燒,如果薄燒既話會配葱。揀左5成熟和牛,真係燒得岩岩好,入口既溶,油香四溢!除左幾位主角,其實個餐仲有帆立貝、金鯛、炒飯、炒雜菜、魚湯同甜品🍮食到捧肚走啊!雖然地點看似偏遠,但其實當晚餐廳真係座無虛席,搞到有d焗促🤣所以想食既話都係訂位穩陣d!
