To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在黃大仙區返了兩年工,但竟然不知道區內原來有一個隱世素食館,真的要多謝好同事的帶路啦!其餐廳一點也不難搵到,就在雙鳳街市那一條街呢!!每日也有不同的超值套餐,己包了白飯及湯啦!選擇很多元化,有小菜、煲仔、炒粉麵飯等!羅漢齋炒麵即叫即製,熱辣辣送上枱!麵餅是即炸的,咬下去脆卜卜的,沒有一點油膩感!材料份量十足,有菜心、雲耳、冬菇、麵根等!涼瓜炒蛋好有鑊氣,炒得很乾身!蛋炒得很嫩還加入了冬菇,最特別之處是加了炸菜,令菜式更惹味,大愛是也!自家製齋滷味(細)叫了細碟的齋,但份量一點也不少!有齊酸、咖哩、齋叉燒、蠔油及腐皮等!味道適中不會太濃味,沒有太重的調味料,食法很健康呢!清潤南北杏雪耳水夏日炎炎,當然要飲番枝冰凍的飲品,自加製飲料只落了微量的糖,完全飲到食物本身的味道!正呀!!看似簡單的菜式,卻吃到廚師的用心及健康味道,又搵到個lunch time 的好選擇啦!
