To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前黎食過佢前身，見到佢轉左手，當然黎試下新嘢。我地叫左個煙三文魚沙律，本來以為好似其他餐廳咁得一碗上。結果有驚喜！餐廳係直接預你當主菜咁食，唔單止有煙三文魚沙律，仲有埋個迷你凱撒沙律+忌廉粟米湯！真係分量大又抵食！個忌廉粟米湯，好濃既忌廉味，睇得出有用心煮！朋友揀左哩個比目魚西京燒定食， 試左一啲啲，佢個比目魚燒得啱啱好，非常嫩滑！配搭西京汁食，鮮味同甜味互相配合！味道啱啱好！我平時都唔太鐘意食魚，不過哩個比目魚我都忍唔住問我個朋友夾多幾下黎食！我地好大食，仲叫左個炙燒三文魚親子丼，可以見到三文魚都算厚切，夠新鮮，唔會有雪藏味，炙燒完啲油脂味爆哂岀黎，加埋啲芝麻，夠哂香吖。仲有啲漬物做前菜，夠開胃。
