見到餃子同好分享過呢間餃子店,襯要黎附近拎蛋糕,一定要試下,否則我冇乜幾何會去觀塘。鋪頭其實主打鹿兒島、九州島和牛、凍肉、調味料、醬油等,揀啱肉仲可以九折即煎即食,現場手包餃子亦可以堂食。店內位置就唔多,係摺枱櫈,快食快走由於佢唔係餃子店,其實只係將餃水煮烚熟,冇湯冇麵,好似試食咁嘅形式,鐘意嘅可以外帶生餃。餃子分厚皮、薄皮,用北海道豚肉製作,有白菜、韭菜兩款,分12/15隻,可雙拼同價。豚肉韭菜餃、白菜餃 $48/15隻店員見我地第一次食,建議我地先試一隻原味,唔好沾醬料,然後再試加麻醬、豆瓣醬揀左薄皮,餃身皮薄,透視餃餡,摺口位就點都會厚少少,餃皮冇粉感,十分滑溜。餃餡唔算澎湃,一口份量。原本以為白烚會好乾,又唔會喎,反而咬落有肉汁。肉菜半半,我一向係白菜餃粉,對韭菜好感唔高,出奇地投韭菜一票,食落幾香肉餡頗為鮮嫩,肉味唔重。單食原汁原味,但個人認為配芝麻醬、豆瓣醬更正。豆瓣醬辣度唔高,但有好香蒜味韭菜餃幾對胃口,外帶左一包番屋企;仲買埋豆瓣醬($12),白烚都食得
