平時會食佢哋嘅豚骨拉麵或牛筋Black沾麵,但係其實佢哋個櫻海老沾麵都好鬼正,豚骨湯底加入櫻海老另沾麵湯加入濃厚嘅蝦味。之前都講過沾麵同拉麵唔同會用粗身嘅太麵,所以周不時沾麵會售罄。有個方法可以提昇櫻海老沾麵湯嘅味道,就係另加紫菜。紫菜唔同平時一塊塊,係一餅好密集嘅紫菜餅,放落湯之後就會化開。宜家再沾麵除咗沾上櫻花蝦仲加埋紫菜碎,味道更上一層樓。平時食完沾麵就會用昆布湯開稀飲咗佢,識得食嘢一定要試佢哋嘅牛筋飯。唔係直接食係擺埋落去嗰沾麵湯當湯飯食。牛筋本身已經好腍滑,飯又吸番頭先嗰啲海鮮豚骨湯嘅味道,極之推介。
