To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在上個月某weekday，朋友仔訂了檯在此食生日晚餐，原來仲要走上了一條長樓梯先到。入到餐廳，幾乎清一色國語人，就知道無來錯，地方坐得舒服。我們叫了缽缽雞、雪豆蹄花湯、酸辣粉，仲有冰粉。缽缽雞是藤椒湯底，麻勁重，仲係凍湯，咁先有當地風味，我鐘意。雪豆蹄花湯，係店員姐姐大力推介。雪豆係靚食材，飲完呢碗湯係會覺得養顏。豬手唔肥，可以盡情食。最後要多謝老闆請食甜品，個名係怪懂的，唔記得。多謝你咁用心，會再幫襯！
