To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽唔少朋友講過漁樂係屋邨入面算好唔錯嘅餐廳,不過次次午餐晚餐時段去都見到好多人排隊,係多到連飛都無攞就走,今次平日六點到就終於試到平民高質泰國菜。叫咗兩味主菜,其中一款就係冬陰公牛肉湯粉,因為走葱嘅原因睇落去比較單調,個湯底當然無一般冬陰公咁濃味,以湯底嚟講就淡得啱啱好。而牛肉總共有六塊,用個湯泡多一泡會熟多少少,但係仍然好嫩,都只係$49!另一個係金不換炒金邊粉($57),側邊有辣椒、糖、青檸、花生,最後決定將所有配料都溝埋,唔會太甜,唔會太辣,好好味,亦都好大份好夠飽。
