To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 傍晚同朋友在牛頭角找食,港式、日式食到都有啲悶,行上東九匯二樓見到这閒潮州酒家,落地大玻璃,風景唔錯。😍先來一杯功夫茶,清清喉嚨,瞬間開胃。欖菜焗海蝦欖菜大海蝦🍤和三色椒🫑的味道,成碟很惹味,令人份外想吃。唯一美中不足的是蝦不是太新鮮,但味道補救。滷水鵝翼:好香滷水味但沒有過咸,加上一些甜酸醋,越食越想食。😋😋方魚肉碎粥 : 方魚好鬆脆,雖然是浸在粥裏面,神奇的是方魚浸到食完整碗粥都仲係脆,勁。简单的肉碎和方魚,但粥好好味,咸味剛好。👍蠔仔肉碎粥 : 好多蠔仔,我鍾意。粥好有蠔仔的香味。👏👏👏侍應好細心,等我們食得差不多時才叫上炸蠔餅:炸得超香脆,又勁多蠔仔,是非一般的蠔餅。點埋魚露,更好味。💯最後點了銀杏芋泥做甜品。芋泥是熱上,煙煙靱靱,不太甜,好正。
