To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於老婆轉食素多年,但就唔喺全素,都會食啲白肉及海鮮,而身邊原來亦有唔少朋友都一樣有食素嘅習慣,同樣唔喺全素,只喺偶然為之,就算無食素嘅朋友,都好接受食素(限一餐半餐啦),所以,茹素再唔喺好似以前食齋咁咁專登嘅事,加上近年素食店都開唔少,且甚具特色,在追求健康嘅前題下,素食店應大有可為。就好似之前曾光顧嘅素食店「悠蔬食」,卒之跳過海晌九龍開店,超方便到我老婆。話雖為分店,但店名有別,加多個「雅」字,卻更有詩意,而且,空間比銅鑼灣店更闊落。一踏入店內,一室紫與白,雲石地板、素白窗紗、雅致盆栽、摩登吊燈……都令餐廳變得光潔而有份高雅氣質。除少量卡位,有多組二、四人枱,適合三五知己聚餐。轉入餐廳內籠,跟銅鑼灣店一樣,設有兩個貴賓廂房,亦可打通共用。所以,一大棚人晌度開一、兩圍都無問題。打開餐牌,羅列咗好多選擇,由午市套餐、下午茶套餐、晚巿套餐,以至唔同時段嘅散點、甜品、飲品,仲有多款供12人享用嘅圍菜,真喺唔同時段嚟都有大把選擇。不過,溫馨提示,餐廳晌唔同時段均設有唔同嘅最低消費額,例如,晚市就每位$200,但以前已問過,都唔喺強硬性執行,指標性嘅作用比較多啲。都唔喺第一次光顧,知道佢哋啲晚

都唔喺第一次光顧,知道佢哋啲晚巿套餐份量足又抵食,5道菜包括前菜、手卷、湯品、主食及甜品,定價只喺$228-$238 + 10%,絕對豈止一人份量,所以,3人行,點兩個套餐再加少少散點,唔怕食唔晒嘥嘢,又一定過到最低消費額!

呢一道前菜未試過,喺雞絲粉皮嘅素菜版,「雞絲」以一啲類似麵根碎(沙薑豆)嚟代替,外觀及口感都幾像真,配以柔綿嘅粉皮及清爽嘅青瓜絲,晌濃郁嘅麻醬襯托下,味道富層次。

西湯加入中式食材 ,喺依度嘅新色,上次試過嘅南瓜甘筍栗子雪耳忌廉濃湯仲記憶猶新,今回加入嘅中式食材「桃膠」,更喺近來大熱嘅健康食品。湯底本身已經好濃郁,充滿菠菜味,碧綠嘅色澤更相當吸引。湯內嘅桃膠唔算好多,但都夠我哋人人試啲,桃膠煙煙韌韌咁,又有點似雪蛤膏,本身喺無乜味,所以,就靠個忌廉湯。

千層闊麵個賣相跟一般西餐無咩分別,不過,啲餡料就大不同,而且,非常佩服大廚晌用料上嘅心思同創意,睇菜名唔使我多講都知有咩成份。切開睇睇,果然真材實料,蜜潰嘅栗子好甜蜜,紫薯清甜,最有趣喺中間夾咗塊鮮豆包,十分有豆香,而配上蕃茄醬,鮮活嘅蕃茄香,令味道更上一層樓。

!主角猴頭菇扒,一客都有3、4件,相信視乎件菇本身大細而俾幾多件,總之就份量唔少,切同食起嚟,都有幾分似食鮑魚,佐以黑椒汁就固然之惹味。

套餐裡嘅甜點,一喺選紅棗桂圓椰汁糕(2件),一喺就紅棗乳酪蛋糕(1件),店家好好俾多件乳酪蛋糕我哋。前者似上海甜點拉糕咁,柔軟煙糯,紅棗及椰汁味都出色,又混有少少桂圓肉,朋友大讚好食。後者就喺用上紅棗嚟做嘅芝士蛋糕,除咗餅底較厚身外,強烈嘅紅棗味,餅面伴丁點蜜糖,同樣叫人食得滋味。

比起銅鑼灣店,尖沙咀店既方便到我等九龍人,環境又闊落啲,重點喺食物嘅賣相、味道及健康並重,由前菜、湯品、主菜到甜品,都無令人失望,加上店員有禮,服務殷勤,值得推薦嘅素食店
