To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近屋企樓下間意樂做裝修，原來多間多了一間鋪，是東南亞菜的Coco Fish。那天星期日，是下午茶時段，同家人來試菜。其實間出來的鋪也不算很多位，但裝修OK，而下午茶餐牌都係幾款菜式，就算係menu，也不是太多款式，但這樣更好，集中火力做好菜式。我地點了二份下午茶，一份係扎肉雞絲法包，另一份係扎肉牛肉湯河，重有叫了碗香茅豬扒喇沙。至於飲品跟餐是椰汁冰和凍奶茶另外加$叫了杯椰汁珍多冰。扎肉雞絲法包，當真不錯耶，法包烘得熱又香脆，有很名酸甜籮蔔絲加埋D扎肉同雞絲，口感非常豐富。而札肉牛河，也輕量，個湯好香又清新，唔係死是味精，河粉滑的，牛肉也新鮮嫩口，好食，而且椰汁冰椰味香，好凍好正。至於喇沙，做到水準，一喝湯頭，滿是香和鮮味，又帶濃重椰香，是中辣，湯有蝦的味道，做得唔錯，而且內有麵和米線兩種口感，香茅豬扒又香又多汁，醃得好味。杯凍奶茶茶味好濃郁正，好啱下午餐輕食。反而係椰汁珍多冰要扣分，太甜了! 但整體唔錯，但建議價錢下調少少，始終是屋邨消費，薄利多銷益下街坊!
