老公🍋的童年回憶,由小時候他打電話叫外賣📞,然後由老闆以單車🚴🏻♂️送至他手上,到現在終於有店了,這次由老公🍋親自為我送上。小店位於寶琳街市內的一角🏘,據說老闆的粉仔已煮了差不多20年😲,粉仔都是由他親手搓成🙌🏻。除了粉仔,還有多款的滋味小食可選作配搭😊。粉仔🍜:配上了花生🥜、菜脯及豬油渣🐷,配料可以細心地分開包裝的💝,不會因為被湯浸太久已失去了爽脆的口感😌。個人認為粉仔相對上比較軟腍🤔,口感不算太好。但配上了以辣椒🌶醃製過的菜脯,及脆卜卜的花生🥜,為它增添了不少的層次感👍🏻。牛肚🐮:口感不會太靭,蠻爽口彈牙😋,加上了微辣的醬汁🌶,頗醒胃的。雞腎🐔:爽爽脆脆的口感,很有嚼勁👍🏻,天氣這麼悶熱🌞,就是要吃這種涼菜嘛~辣味蜆肉🐚:肉質蠻肥美,味道清甜鮮美🤤,配上了點點的辣味🌶,毫不油膩。牛柏葉🐮:相對上較失色😢,因為牛柏葉本身水份較多💦,沖淡了醬汁的味道,但勝在口感爽脆,還算是不錯吧👌🏻。總結:價錢非常平民化👍🏻,加上店主用心製作多年💖,說是寶琳人的集體回憶也不為過😌。
