Restaurant: 容記小菜王

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 淮山杞子燉螺頭湯
湯料非常豐富,主角之一嘅 #螺頭 當然唔少得,加埋啲雞腳、瘦肉煲起啖湯特別鮮甜🤤

- 砵酒桶蠔 🦪 大大隻嘅 #桶蠔 非常吸睛,不過似乎有啲過火,肉質靭咗啲,同埋都係嗰句,味道甜得滯,建議師傅可以輕手少少😅
- #燒鵝 半隻 🪿 大大隻嘅鵝身啖啖肉,可惜上枱嘅時候已經凍咗,鵝皮唔夠香脆😚

焗布甸 - 最後要推介嘅係佢哋嘅 #焗布甸,入口非常軟滑又唔會太甜,最緊要係佢哋即叫即做,上枱嘅時候熱辣辣,零舍滋味🤤

舖頭雖然冇華麗嘅裝修,不過勝在樓底高又乾乾淨淨,而且人手都算充足,起碼唔使舉手舉到手都軟麵無人嚟幫手🤭 鍾意食中式鑊氣小炒嘅大家,路過太子可以考慮去試吓呀😚
