To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因疫情關係，我相信好多人都期待食番餐好嘢，今晚本來是抱著既興奮又期待的心情和老友一起去吃自助晚餐，但最後結果就令我對Congress Plus的食物質數有下降嘅感覺。可能我又少咗一個食自助餐嘅選擇！首先此自助晚餐的主打是冰鎮海鮮，波士頓龍蝦🦞淡而得雪味，而且肉質好粗；雪蟹腳失咗踪。此兩種凍食都在Open Rice 到話係signature；以為食d紅蟹🦀保番，6:45pm見到重剩番小小就唔攞住，以為佢會refill，點知到7:30pm經已唔再出，其他熱食都只係一般，唯一可讚的是飲品，紅白酒、啤酒、橙汁，汽水任飲。
