To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 愈來愈鐘意食沙嗲汁,呢間茶餐廳冇乜特別,不過識叫既話可以叫沙嗲牛肉同牛腩既雙拼麵。-佢既牛腩汁味好濃好正,加埋沙嗲汁出奇地夾啦,但又唔會搶到大家既味道-成個麵既重點係佢既牛腩,唔肯定佢係咪牛坑腩,但真係好林,入口即融果種-如果鐘意食牛腩又驚痴牙一定要去試下,唔會推介錯既!
