想念日式拉麵的味道,於是去到大埔的一鳴拉麵用膳。為免人多,於是6:00準時到達,餐廳才剛剛開始晚市營業呢,幸好不用輪候。點餐紙很有質感,選項清晰列出,食客只需圈出心水配搭就可以。點了一碗雜菌松露醬油豬骨濃湯拉麵。首先最吸引的一定是那濃濃的松露香氣,令人食指大動,和雜菌也是非常搭調。可能是醬油的原因,令到整碗湯是黑漆漆的,非常特別。豬骨濃湯也令整碗拉麵提升到另一個層次。各款香氣令整碗拉麵非常吸引。選擇了太麵,很能掛湯。搭配豬軟骨作配料,煮得極為軟腍,但仍富口感,豬肉絲絲分明,中間軟骨細滑可口,大力推介。額外增添櫻花蝦,加強了口感和味道。素菜天婦羅包括冬菇、秋葵、甜薯和茄子,最欣賞外層脆薄,內裏蔬菜仍是濕潤細緻,不會很乾,又不會很油膩。
