To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食早餐問可唔可以將餐肉火腿公仔麵﹐轉餐肉腸仔公仔麵﹐收銀話得去到取餐處俾牒野我﹐話齊晒攞得﹐但眼見無公仔麵當然唔收貨。員工叫我加$5才有公仔麵﹐我O晒嘴。原來收銀落錯單﹐求其落餐肉腸仔多士之後員工話可以換點知轉個頭佢再問我要少一件餐肉﹑還是少一件腸仔﹐我再一次O晒嘴﹐完全唔明佢講乜。原來佢係話餐肉腸仔多士有兩件餐肉﹑兩件腸仔(共4件)﹐但餐肉火腿公仔麵只有3件。我問佢﹐若果收銀冇落錯單﹐真係餐肉火腿公仔麵﹐佢仲會唔會問我要少一件餐肉﹑還是少一件腸仔﹐佢先至茅塞頓開不過﹐碗公仔麵仲差過中學飯堂D膠碗公仔麵﹐早知粗粗地要咗個餐肉腸仔多士就算
