新春期間黎旺角鳳雛食呢度的招牌菜燉雞應下節先!先上前菜,有清爽白蘿蔔絲、酸酸甜甜的蟹柳及香口的魚仔!全都是非常開胃的前菜。這次叫了一個小的鳳雛燉雞,辣度要了一條辣椒!一上枱一股香辣惹味的味道隨即飄來!只係聞到呢個香味已經令人食指大動!呢個燉雞雖然係細的,但是用十分豐富的材料煮成而且份量十足,有薯仔、甘荀、青瓜、冬粉...等,當然唔少得雞肉啦,所以足兩人食有餘!雞肉煮得好滑唔鞋口,配菜煮得好腍,冬粉夠軟又有彈性,而且全部都煮得好入味汁又夠濃,非常惹味。雖然叫了小辣,但越食會越辣,所以喜歡食辣的朋友就啱晒了!除了燉雞還叫了菜包韓式辣炒豬肉,呢個賣相好靚,用星星形狀的碟上枱,而且還串好一份份放在每一隻角上,方便大家拎上手食用。而且顏色配搭得很好,橙紅色的豬肉配上翠綠色的生菜,望落都好吸引好開胃。生菜包住炒得香口滋味的辣豬肉及新鮮的沙律菜,所以入口唔會覺得好油膩,仲有一種好fresh的感覺,而且食落沒咁辣添!中間的紫菜飯好食,韓式紫菜混入白飯,還帶有少少麻油香。我們還叫了一份迷你醬牛肉紫菜包飯,真係比平時的紫菜包飯細好多,但入面的材料依然豐富,牛肉煮得好入味,而且size細一口一件剛剛好。食得
