To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又到了好友一聚的時候;通常都會想找火煲、雞煲,因為一大班人熱熱鬧鬧、又飲又食,氣氛一流。今晚亦一樣找了間食火煲、雞煲的。 同另一友人早到了,馬上點了些小食和飲品;其中炸物通常都是主打的小食,其中的黃金芝士豆腐比較特別,熱辣辣的豆腐咬下去時再有一絲絲又熱又綿的芝士絲。另外,口水雞又軟又滑,小小辣十分野味。配上一杯蜂蜜柚子梳打,帶有柚子的清甜又有蜂蜜的潤喉之用。 黃金芝士豆腐 香酥花枝丸 脆香雞軟骨 口水雞 蜂蜜柚子梳打 當大伙兒到齊之後才發現有人不想食辣雞煲,剛好這裡有除雞煲外的另一推介,就是「必食冷鍋酸菜魚」。這酸菜魚可選不辣,而且無需加熱已可食用。和辣雞煲一樣,可以在食用後作打邊爐之後;酸菜魚的份量不少,魚肉滑滑的加上酸茶的香氣及咸咸酸酸的酸菜及湯底,令大家食過不停。 享用完酸菜魚,馬上加湯作火鍋之用。特別點了其他火鍋店少見的牛頸肉,牛頸肉肥瘦兼有,肉質干實,肉紋較亂;建議輕涮品嘗,肉味香濃嫩滑。 最後加點了一杯芒果沙冰,芒果味濃,當作雪糕甜品亦不錯。 然後大伙兒再加點了黑糖糍粑作為甜品;糍粑是由糯米造成條狀然後炸至表面脆脆的;在糍粑上加上黃豆粉令糍粑感覺不油膩
