To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 開始秋涼，朋友話想食雞煲，上Openrice搵到人氣高企嘅小魚兒🐟去左尖沙咀分店，真係食飯時間真係坐滿。重慶雞煲（半隻）🐔$168🐔雞煲一經加熱，即時嗅到香噴噴，秘製香濃香科嘅醬汁，仲有蒜頭🧄、洋蔥🧅、芫荽，當然仲有雞件。店員提點雞㷛滾起之後，熄火焗3至5分鐘就可以食。雞肉果然好嫩滑。湯底香料味道豐富，適合喜歡重口味的食客。加碟白鱔片$118，放落雞煲滾下，魚質好爽夠彈牙，仲索晒個香濃醬汁。除咗食雞煲，我哋仲試下串燒🍢烤牛舌心串🐮$32牛舌心烤到外焦內嫩，充滿孜然香氣，增添風味。安格斯牛肉粒🐮$68安格斯牛肉質鮮嫩，油花分布均勻，烤完仍保留牛肉的鮮味。酥炸生蠔🦪 $68肥美生蠔炸得相當鬆脆，搭配喼汁，鮮味突出。去啤酒一流。餐廳除咗雞煲好味，我覺得串燒都做得相當唔錯。今日見到隔籬枱食烤魚都好吸引，下次試吓～埋單加一後$499人均消費$250
