To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雞對在下有特別意義行過路過很多次都會不自覺把目光注意著這家店本日早起 在下無所事事無所事事無所事事電話安靜得很 在下卻心煩又意亂便出去走走 走到這紅雞冰室在下點了早餐C $45因為薑汁 配牛肉 轉出丁一前豬肉腸 煎雙蛋 丹麥多士要選的東西好像好多但出來的東西好小 🤣薑汁比重顯然很低（是在下煲給自己的過多擺了）不過落有薑絲 還能從中品到薑的清新辛辣出前一丁對在下而言煮得過淋口感味道都受到影響..跟餐熱檸檬水這個沒什麼突別但在下特地拍照和寫的原因是清潔有待改善杯邊顯著的未洗乾淨加了熱水後明確看到浮面油漬抱歉在下放不入口在下知道對一餐$45的飯或許要求有點苛刻但不希望因為$45而沒用心去做好 或使得隨便
