To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午茶時段。剛好路經這商場,在諗不到食什麼的情況下,都想食粉面。因此,再次幫襯呢間餐廳。我和友人,分別點了兩個下午茶,一個牛丸湯河,一個豬肉丸湯河。另外加了$18(3隻蒜香牛油雞翼,因為見隔離枱有人點了,好似幾靚便跟住點了)。最後要了兩杯熱美祿。我個人覺得豬肉丸比牛丸更勝一籌,可是都是偏咸左少少。味道太濃。不過,好想讚讚湯裡的配菜——芽菜好飽滿,脹卜卜的。又爽口。好清新。好食!湯河粉都順滑。幼細。都好食!可是,雞翼上台樣子很好,熱🔥辣辣。但,太多牛油味,卻完全食不到任何蒜香味。最失望是雞肉。雖然是滑身。但好似完全沒醃過咁。淡而沒味。。。只有賣相好,但味道便不太好啦。最後個美祿都不夠濃。但可以接受。不過以下午茶及這個價錢,我覺得已經算不錯!性價比都ok
