To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽說深井咖喱寶的咖喱由印度人主理，今天經過便進去點了最愛的雞肉咖喱配印度薄餅，試試看最地道的印度咖喱。咖喱雞分量充足，印度薄餅夠熱夠香夠脆。今次坐戶外，吃着咖喱感覺十分悠閒自在。說回咖喱，入口已經感到一陣香草味，已感覺到這是正宗的印度咖喱。而且口味不太辣，想必是為了迎合香港人口味，令我一口接一口吃不停。點了一杯芒果莎莎，有香芒的果肉，味道一點也不假。不錯不錯。吃完還有剩一半咖喱汁，打包取走晚上再吃咖喱飯。總括來說這一餐十分滿意。
