To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天很想吃雞脾 + 紅豆冰,但炸脾太油膩惟有轉1轉改吃油脾。現在已經3月,但天氣仍然寒冷,冷飲都是少喝為妙。最後點了 豉油皇雞髀上海幼麵 配 低糖綠茶走冰。豉油皇雞髀大大隻,醃得入味但不會太鹹。肉質軟腍,整體感覺不錯。上海幼麵上有大量配菜,小許蔥花。上海麵較粗而質地較軟,有小許鹼水味,略嫌“林” 了點。每次看見茶餐餐牌,都不明白為什麼雞翼配珍寶腸都要$26。這個雞脾餐售$30,相對較划算。
